Nicole Kirkwood

Nicole is an experienced Registered Migration Agent and Advisor with over 13 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent working in medium to large corporate firms and has almost 16 years of experience in the migration industry. 

 

Nicole started as a volunteer at the Refugee and Legal Centre (RILC).

Nicole’s migration experience includes:

Nicole has an undergraduate degree majoring in International Relations and Commerce Law at Deakin University and also a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice at Australian National University (ANU). 

Nicole is an experienced public speaker and presents Migration Pathway and Information Seminars to individuals, education providers, organisations and businesses.

Nicole is also a Co-Founder of Women in Migration, a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA Member Number 4034) and a member of Victorian Working Group on International Student Employability (VicWISE).

Danielle Harris

Danielle Harris is a highly skilled Senior Registered Migration Agent and Advisor based in Australia, boasting 20 years of experience in the migration industry. She has developed a strong reputation for her extensive knowledge of Australian immigration laws and her ability to navigate the complexities of the visa application process.

Danielle specializes in family visa programs, corporate immigration matters, visa refusals, cancellations, citizenship applications, AAT applications, and complex migration law matters. Her expertise in submissions to the Department of Home Affairs ensures that her clients receive the best possible outcomes for their cases.

In addition to her hands-on work with clients, Danielle takes pride in mentoring and training junior staff members, sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise to nurture the next generation of migration professionals.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts double degree and a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws degree, showcasing her commitment to staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving landscape of immigration policies and regulations.

In her role as a Senior Registered Migration Agent and Advisor, Danielle's passion lies in helping her clients successfully achieve their dreams of living and working in Australia.

Chantelle migrated with her family to Australia when she was young. Having witnessed the challenges her parents faced when migrating to Australia, she understand first hand the experience of migrating to Australia. 

 

She has a Bachelor of Law and Arts from Murdoch University. Her work with refugees during her undergraduate degree encouraged her to specialise in Migration. She has been registered as a Registered Migration Agent since 2014.

 

She has extensive experience in employer sponsored, skilled, partner and family migration including family violence matters, having represented numerous companies and individuals successfully over the years. 

 

Additionally, she has experience handling complex issues, including visa refusals, cancellations, citizenship applications and Administrative Appeals Tribunal applications. 

 

Chantelle is hard working, passionate and driven, it is these qualities that ensure every application completed has the highest chances of success.

 

In her spare time, she loves volunteering, cooking and most importantly spending time with her husband and son. 

Young Xu

Registered Migration Agent

Young has been working in the immigration industry for the past 5 years.  During this time Young has helped people from more than 50 countries migrate temporarily or permanently to Australia.

He migrated to Australian from China in 2014. As a result he has firsthand experience in what his clients experience though their migration journey as he has gone through the same process himself.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from overseas, a Master’s degree in Accounting from Monash University and also a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University. 

This combined knowledge enables him to manage a wide range of visa subclasses, including employer sponsored, student, general skilled, business and family visas.  He also has experience in Labour Agreements and applications for the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

As a registered migration agent, Young has an easy-going nature combined with a meticulous eye for detail.  It always gives him a great satisfaction to help his clients find a permanent residency pathway and citizenship in Australia.

 

Young is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jemma was first introduced to migration law in 2009 when she volunteered with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) at their legal intake clinic.  

She holds a Bachelor degree in Legal Studies from Latrobe University and also a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice at Victoria University.

 

Jemma has worked in a variety of industries, providing her with effective communication and problem solving skills when dealing with government departments, corporate organisations and small business.

Alper Turgut

Contract & Migration Administrator 

Alper is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a range of work experience.

 

In particular, he holds a Bachelor of Law from Türkiye and worked as a Lawyer there before migrating to Australia. He also has a wealth of experience in administrative law and contract management.


His firsthand experience as a migrant from Türkiye provides valuable insights into the challenges that migrants face and how to navigate legal and administrative systems in a new country.


Alper specializes in contract administration and has strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.


In addition to his legal and administrative expertise, Alper has interests in Ultimate frisbee, spearfishing and board games.
