• 155 - If you have permanent residence to Australia and you have lived in Australia for less than two years you may be eligible for a one year RRV.

• If you one of your parents was an Australian citizen you may be eligible for citizenship by descent.

• If you have lived in Australia for at least four years including one year as a permanent resident.

• You must meet minimum periods of residence unless you are eligible for an exemption.
